See the Daily Schedule for current information about who is working today. Any guest attendants that are visiting will also be listed there. Sometimes attendants cannot work on a day when they are scheduled, and sometimes they fill in for other attendants. These changes will be reflected in a timely manner on this page, so please bookmark it and refer back to it regularly.
Check out the Weekly Schedule to see which days each attendant is scheduled to work. If they are scheduled to work today, check the Daily Schedule to see if there have been any last minute changes.
If an attendant is not on the Weekly Schedule, then they are not working at the Wellness Centre at this time. Sometimes an attendant will take an extended leave of absence and so they are removed from the schedule until they come back. Once they are back working though, they will immediately be placed on the schedule again.
The Wellness Centre is open seven days a week, all year long, with the exception of Christmas Day (December 25th) when we are closed. In the event the Centre is forced to shut down due to government regulations or inclement weather, it will be reflected on the main page and also on the Weekly Schedule and Daily Schedule pages.

Sometimes things run late and we understand and will try to accommodate your requests. In general though, to be considerate of the attendants, the last booking of the day is as follows:
120 Minutes - 8:15 pm
90 Minutes - 8:45 pm
60 Minutes - 9:15 pm
45 Minutes - 9:30 pm
30 Minutes - 9:45 pm
This is true for pre-booked appointments as well as walk-ins.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot process insurance claims and do not issues receipts for that purpose. If this changes we will let you know.
